Kavvi is a software-based service and does not provide human receptionist services.

  • Kavvi provides an AI voice receptionist that interacts with callers based on configurations, workflows, and information provided by the client.

  • The service is intended to assist with call handling, not replace professional judgment.

  • Kavvi does not guarantee:

    • Bookings

    • Revenue

    • Lead conversion

    • Customer outcomes

  • AI responses are generated based on client-provided data and system configuration.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied to Kavvi is accurate, up to date, and legally compliant.

 


 

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Kavvi only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • Use Kavvi to provide false, misleading, or illegal information

  • Use the service for spam, fraud, or abusive purposes

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform


 

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Pricing, billing terms, and payment arrangements may be handled off-website or through direct agreement.

  • Kavvi reserves the right to modify pricing or service structure with prior notice.

  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

No refunds are provided once the service is active.

Once setup, configuration, or deployment has begun, all payments are considered final. This applies regardless of usage level or business outcomes.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring callers are informed that they may be interacting with an AI system, where required by law.

Data Handling
  • Kavvi handles data in accordance with applicable United States laws and standard industry practices.

  • We do not sell personal data.

  • Data may be stored securely to operate and improve the service.

7. Third-Party Services
